This age limit is strictly enforced. mudah54 will request government-issued identity documentation (Malaysian IC, MyKad, or valid passport) to verify age before a Member may make a first withdrawal or access certain deposit limits. Any account found to have been created by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. mudah54 is an international online gaming platform. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. By using mudah54, you confirm that you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited by law.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one mudah54 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under false names, or using different email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure, forfeiture of all bonus funds, and potentially all wallet balances where fraudulent intent can be demonstrated.
3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and promptly update it if it changes. mudah54 may request re-verification of personal details at any time. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
4.1 Credentials Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mudah54 username, password, and withdrawal PIN. mudah54 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or phone. Any such request is a phishing attempt and should be reported to mudah54 support immediately.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your mudah54 account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify mudah54 support immediately. mudah54 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Member has not taken reasonable steps to secure their credentials or has shared them with a third party.
4.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all betting and financial activity conducted through your mudah54 account while you are logged in. Transactions cannot be reversed after they have been settled unless a verifiable system error has occurred on mudah54's side.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. mudah54 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (covering Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating Malaysian banks), and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit is RM 30. mudah54 does not accept cash or cheque deposits under any circumstances.
5.2 Withdrawal Processing. mudah54 targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes for e-wallet methods and within 2 hours for FPX bank transfers for fully KYC-verified Members. These are target processing times, not guarantees. Processing may take longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required. Crypto withdrawals via USDT TRC20 are targeted at 1 hour.
5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to Members who have completed KYC verification. mudah54 applies a one-time minimum withdrawal of RM 50. Withdrawal must be made to a payment method previously used for deposit where technically possible, as a measure against money laundering.
5.4 No Withdrawal Fees. mudah54 does not charge Members any fees on standard withdrawals. Third-party fees levied by payment processors or banks are outside mudah54's control and may apply.
5.5 Inactive Account Charges. Accounts that hold a positive balance and have not recorded any login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive. mudah54 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee of RM 10 to inactive accounts, deducted from the remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the Member reactivates the account.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by mudah54 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published on the individual promotion page at the time the bonus is offered. Where no specific terms are stated, the General Bonus Terms in this Section apply.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds credited by mudah54 must be wagered a minimum of 25× (twenty-five times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal may be requested. Certain games — including but not limited to live baccarat, live roulette, and sports accumulators — may contribute less than 100% toward bonus wagering requirements. 6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within 30 days of being credited to a Member's mudah54 account will expire and be forfeited automatically. mudah54 is not obligated to provide notice before bonus expiry.
6.4 Abuse Prevention. mudah54 reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and close accounts where it reasonably determines that a Member has exploited bonus terms, used matched betting strategies, low-risk arbitrage wagering patterns, or any other approach designed to extract value from promotions without genuine gaming intent.
6.5 One Bonus Per Household. Welcome bonuses and new-member promotions are limited to one per household, device, IP address, and payment method. mudah54 may use technical means to identify duplicate bonus claims and will act accordingly.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on mudah54 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules prevail for matters directly related to gameplay mechanics.
7.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a verified technical malfunction — including server errors, game engine failures, or connectivity disruptions that affect game outcome — mudah54 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to the Members involved. Winnings generated from a demonstrably malfunctioning game are not payable.
7.3 Disputed Results. If a Member disputes the outcome of a game or sports bet, they must raise the dispute with mudah54 support within 72 hours of the relevant settlement. mudah54 will review the matter against server logs, game provider data, and applicable rules. mudah54's decision on game and bet results is final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 14.

12.1 mudah54 provides its Platform on an "as available" basis. 12.2 mudah54 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings (other than those demonstrably caused by mudah54's own verified technical error), loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
12.3 mudah54's total aggregate liability to any individual Member for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Member in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits mudah54's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
mudah54 may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations as a Member — mudah54 will provide at least 14 days' notice via the email address registered to your account or via a prominent on-platform notice. Non-material changes (including corrections, clarifications, or administrative updates) may take effect immediately. Your continued use of mudah54 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a material amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which mudah54 is incorporated and operates as an international online gaming platform.
